Our next guest has had a love of playing sports and coaching at a very young age. He began playing basketball as a tyke and in high school was a multi-sport athlete playing football, basketball and track.

After high school he enrolled in the US Army were he continued to play basketball in the US EUCOM. He had offers to play professional basketball overseas,however a complicated ACL injury requiring nine surgeries ended his pursuit of playing professionally.

This is where our guest is special in that he has a history of thriving in barren conditions. Instead of walking away from the game, our guest decided that he would help others achieve their dreams and at the age of 20 he became the Women’s Head Basketball Coach for the EUCOM Mannheim, Lady Mustangs. Under his passion and knowledge of the game he was able to guide the Lady Mustangs from two straight losing seasons to two undefeated seasons. The success of the team showcased his player’s talent that four of his players were able to go pro.

After receiving an honorable discharge from the Army our guest continue to infuse sports in his life. He began youth mentoring and became a Youth Basketball Coach for the YMCA in Florida.  His love of basketball continued and he was the Mens Assistant Basketball Coach at LA Harbor College in California.
