Today’s episode will look back over the 2018 season and review some key points that I thought were important to think about as most of us will set goals for the coming year. We will talk about bringing out the best in players from a coaching perspective, how repetition with visualization improves skills and builds confidence, the importance of developing the physical skill of BALANCE to prevent injury and improve functional movement plus much more. Use this time of the year as more of a reset or a “time out” to take a moment to assess where you are and where you want to be either in improving strength,performance or overall development.
