Today’s Athlete Tip of the Week Friday will help the young athlete  accept no excuses-even from themselves. This is the time of the year when many young athletes will take time off from school and during this time they may not want to eat healthy, practice or even work out. Young athletes can become creative with excuses and may convince themselves as to why they can not achieve their goals. If they listen to excuses long enough they can convince themselves that they may never achieve their goals. But each day get up and do small things to push yourself further and further ahead. When the excuses come, hit back with the truth-you are and always will be capable of achieving anything.
